Are you catchin’ on?
There are no rules to creating a smoothie. Just use what sounds good, and is good for you.
Super Blue Greens
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1/2-2/3 cup blueberries
- 1 Tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 scoop rice or pea protein powder
- Almond milk or water
Now that is some serious brain power with all the antioxidants from the spinach, blueberries, and all those wonderful Omega 3’s from the Flax and Chia seeds.
So there you have it, three great smoothies. Step out and experiment. Make up your own recipe, and if you like it, send it to me and I am happy to post it and give you the credit.
