This is not a diet book either. The book empowers women to nourish their bodies rather than just eating. She also encourages women to see exercise as self care and ways to prevent disease rather than seeing exercise as a chore or just another thing you “have” to do on a daily basis.
Very similar to The Daniel Plan, she is telling you to love the body you are in and take the best care of it that you can, one day at time. This book empowers without being pushy, gives women permission to love themselves, and is a feel good book.
