The Daniel Plan
The Daniel plan is not, I repeat, not a diet plan. Instead, it is a spiritual lifestyle change. The plan is based on the book of Daniel, (from the bible), where Daniel was tempted with every kind of rich food imaginable, but instead chose to eat clean.
He sustained himself with fruits and veggies.
